All merchandise shipped is brand new and unused unless otherwise stated.
We ship within 24 hours with the exception of holidays and our occasional time away
from the business which is always stated.
Return authorizations are required to return items and they must be received in new/unused
condition within the terms set forth for returns. Items returned without authorization or received back over the return period will be refused or subject to a 15% restocking at management discretion.
