- Eyeco brings us some of the very best and most affordable eyes in the market.
- The Platinum series, Fantasy series and Ultra series are all soft glass which is made of silicone. These eyes are flexible, flat backed and very easily fill the eye cavity. They are remarkably realistic and just beautiful in photography as well as in person. They do not deteriorate and are very long lasting.
- Of these three types, the Fantasy and Ultra series are specialty colors. They are therefore a little more expensive than the Platinum line but they bring you some unbelievable colors that will leave you in awe.
- While hard material eyes are sized in even numbers such as 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and so forth... these soft glass eyes are sized in odd numbers 11mm is the same as 12mm in hard, 13mm is the same as 14mm in hard , 15mm is the same as 16mm in hard, 17mm is the same as 18mm in hard and so forth.
- All of our eyes are sold in pairs.
- Most reborn artists use the Polyglass series for reborn babies. Theses eyes are bakeable up to 275 degrees, half eyes with an open back. They are beautiful and realistic in color. They are called "the living eye". I use these in my reborns and sometimes use the soft glass eyes as well. You just have to remember that you cannot bake your babies with your soft glass eyes inserted!
